What's the Shipping?
We ship to Worldwide via airmail, and the Approx. Delivery Time is referred as below: US, UK, AU, Singapore,etc. 12-20 working days Canada,New Zealand,etc. 14-22 working days India, Germany,Israel,Spain, etc. may take up to 4-6 weeks due to strict Custom Inspection Russia, Brazil,Italy, France, Eastern Europe,etc. may take up to 6-8 weeks due to strict Custom Inspection Please allow up to 48 hours preparation for shipping, although usually item send within 24 hours after payment confirmed. We offer shipment combine to buyer whom ordered more than one items once time from same site, to save a part of postage. We will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address. All of parcels will be declaimed as ‘Gift', and we always try the best to Legally Minimize your import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). In the most cases of shipping, there is none duty payable. However, if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

Return Description
We offers a No-hassle exchange within 30days only if your goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed: We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc. Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while we will cover all expense of send out replacement. Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID will not be accepted. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. We does not has responsibility to response on item lost during returning. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.

Why am I still not received the package?
As you know, the package is sent out from the other side of the earth via Airmail. And once it may suffered custom inspection once arrived in your country. Please help to wait more days. If your package is dealyed for a long time, please tell us to investigate.
